Wichita Project
Construction began on the first phase of East Kellogg Avenue (US 54) on January 13, 2003.
This project extends from west of Edgemoor Avenue to west of Armour and includes the final design and construction inspection of East Kellogg Avenue (US 54). The project includes compact interchanges, one-way frontage roads, bridges, stormwater, water and sanitary sewer line construction, stormwater pump stations, elevated and depressed six lane freeway and complicated construction sequencing.
Construction on the second phase of East Kellogg Avenue (US 54) began in January 2006.
